Oriental College of Management organised a Session under the Institute Innovation Council (IIC OCM) on the topic "Achieving Value Proposition Fit and Business Fit".

The Session was an extension of conceptual knowledge regarding various Fits as required for successful product ventures. After Problem Solution Fit and Product Market fit, It is value proposition fit that ensures Product Survival in the market.

Business Fit refers to the comprehensive synergy in terms of strategic objectives, revenue model choices, and critical contingencies that eliminate the risk of failure.
