Q. How to take admission in MBA?

Answer:-
Admission under following categories:-

1. CMAT Exam Based: -Candidate can register on MP Online
   
2. Qualifying Exam (Graduation in any stream) Based:- MBA admission based on their graduation exam result (percentage).
   
   • Graduate in any stream with minimum 50% marks (General Category candidate)
   • Graduate in any stream with minimum 45% marks(Reserve Category candidate)

Q. Can I directly come to college for admission round without registering Online?

Answer:-
Yes, you can directly come to college for admission, we will assist you for the whole admission process but registration is a compulsory step for admissions. Without registration, candidate would not be considered for admission process.

Q. Is separate registration required for College Level Counseling (CLC) and CMAT (I & II round) counseling?

Answer:-
Yes, a separate registration is required for CLC and CMAT (I & II round) counseling.

Q. What Specializations are offered in MBA ( Full Time )?

Answer:-
Dual specialization is offered from the following choices

Q. What is MBA ( General Management ) ?

Answer:-
A student enrolled in an MBA in General Management program, learn all the aspects of being a manager. General business courses in a program typically include accounting, finance, marketing, operations, information technology, economics and public policy. A focus is put on developing and understanding leadership principles, along with honing analytical and research skills. The benefit of completing an MBA in General Management is a well- rounded education that prepares a student to work in management positions.

Answer:-
As such all specializations are good and each one have its own merits. It depends on candidate’s interest and his/her future goal.

Q. Is there any accommodation available for parents?

Answer:-
Yes, we provide Guest House accommodation at nominal rate for parents.

Q. Are parents also required at the time of admission round?

Answer:-
It is not mandatory for parents to accompany the candidate. However if they wish, it is advisable that one elder person can accompany him/her.

Do we need to submit original documents now?

Answer:-
No, you need to get them verified during admission.

What is the fee Structure?

Answer:-
Fee structure is decided by the Government of M.P through AFRC details is available on AFRC website. (http://www.afrcmp.org.)

Is the fee annual or per semester?

Answer:-
The fee is to be paid per semester.

What are the fee payment options available after selection?

Answer:-
For fee payment, you may use either net banking & pay-online SBI collect or make the payment at Oriental Accounts Office through DD.

Does Oriental Group offer assistance in availing Education Loan?

Answer:-
At Oriental, financial limitations cannot be allowed to restrict career dreams. In view of that, the institution provides all required documents for education loan.

Is the bank facility available near the campus to take out the demand draft?

Answer:-
Yes, we have a full fledged bank branch with ATM in our campus.

What is cut-off for CLC (College level counselling) Process?

Answer:-
There is no fixed cut off for the CLC. However, cut-offs are declared for eligible candidates only on the admission round day. All the students who have registered for the CLC round have an option to either attend the admission round directly or opt for waiting list.

When will college begin for First years?

Answer:-
The first semester would commence immediately after counseling process.

Can I cancel my admission?

Answer:-
Yes as per DTE norms, Check the DTE website for the same.

Who are eligible for Scholarship Schemes?

Is there any age limit for MBA admission?

Answer:-
NO age limit, also refer Director of Technical Education (D.T.E.)/ University rules for the same.

What is the difference between MBA & PGDM? What is offered at Oriental?

Answer:-
The main difference between MBA and PGDM is that MBA is a degree and is offered by universities, whereas, PGDM is a post-graduate diploma offered by AICTE approved institutes. Oriental College of Management offers MBA degree program.
