Oriental College of Management has organised an expert talk on "Customer Relationship Management Skills" with Mr. Ashutosh Agarwal Regional Marketing Manager LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. MP & CG as the resource person.

He elaborated on the various skill sets relevant to customer relationship management & sales techniques.
